I love field trips, don't you? Today, we went to a local (well, sort of) Civil War education day. On Saturday and Sunday they have two different battle reenactments, but on the Thursday before the battles, they have a history day for school children. For $2 per child, and no charge for adults, you can't beat it! Some of what we got to see today:
