I am UTTERLY appalled. I can't conceive of such a thing! This poor child, what an awful time for him.

Yes, I realize that having children go at all different times of the day is troublesome. But I don't recall that being a real issue - take everyone at certain times, and you'll get most of them taken care of. The few times that kids will need to go separately is not going to kill the day. What are these people thinking?! Oh right, they're not.

Okay, I confess, I was a mean homeschool mom yesterday. We went on an outdoor field trip, walking around for two hours in a large field. I wouldn't let my kids take their water bottles. Boo-hoo. Know why? Because the place has nothing but portapotties. And after last year's fiasco, I wasn't about to visit them again if I could help it. They can complain to their therapists in years to come, it's no skin off my nose!
