It's Wednesday already!
This week's tip: I have two children and Swiss cheese brain. I'm not too much a creature of habit, but I formed this habit a few years ago and it has dearly saved my sanity.
Do you ever get your kids' stuff mixed up, put the wrong food on someone's plate, put the grape juice in his cup and the milk in her cup when they asked for the other way 'round? It used to drive me batty!
So I started always, ALWAYS putting their items in order in front of me. Kiddo's on the left (because he's the firstborn) and Munchkin's on the right. Now I always know whose is whose and I almost never get their stuff confused!
Today's tip is brought to you as part of "Works For Me Wednesday", hosted by Shannon at RocksInMyDryer. Go check out the other tips! http://rocksinmydryer.typepad.com/shannon/

Ha! I always do that! For example, ds #1 who's 6 will say, "Mo-o-o-o-m, I don't get the pink bowl!!"
Thanks for sharing and thanks for visiting me. I like your blog, I'll be checking it out a little more when I've got the time.

I do that without thinking. Never knew it was helping keep my brain straight!
