Exhaustion
After a near-disastrous party on Saturday, (post to come later!) we tally-ho'ed off for more birthday doings today. $3 birthday cards from Toys R Us arrived the other day, so we went there to let them shop. This, of course, required that we traipse ALL OVER the whole store, looking for a variety of choices before a final decision was made. Finally, done.
Off to Burlington to exchange some too-big clothes for the girl child. I saw a glimpse today of the teenage years..... ACK! Although, I should hope that by the time she's a teenager, she'll be able to change clothes a whole lot faster. Poor kidlet, she's tall, but tiny, tiny around - skirts are impossible and dresses are often too short. Getting her into dressy clothes is just OH SO FUN.
