Wednesday Wisdom
Not that I'm especially "wise", but I want to start theme days, and "W"isdom went well with "W"ednesday. ;-)
Today's homeschooling tip:
Don't go overboard with new curricula that you think is just so NEAT that you've just got to have it, plus all accoutrements. Not every workbook or schooling method will work for every child. Do internet searches for reviews about the item in question. Try just one subject for a few weeks. Ask around on homeschooling e-mail lists. In other words, get a feel for it before you just dive in. You may just end up saving yourself a bundle of money.
